You may download content from this site for your personal, non-commercial use only. The circuits in the site are forbidden to use to commercial goals or thereby to gain material income.
The texts and comments that appear in the guestbook or forum as well as the comments under the articles are from the users, they can appear without permission. The operator checks these not regularly, with their content agrees not absolutely.

Shifting the responsibility

The uploader accepts, that she/he can't validate neither compensation nor indemnification as well as reward for the volunteer uploaded content and gives up her/his right, that she/he establish any claim against the BSSElektronika.hu website.
The operator does not check the authenticity and originality of the content uploaded by the users, so the operator cannot be called to account because of promiscuous harm caused by any through users uploaded content.
The operator doesn't take responsibility for the usage of the site, neither the appropriation of the documentation, the building of the circuits nor the direct or indirect usage of the site as well as the damages caused by promiscuous malfunction, out of order, don't correct state, deficiency or ambiguity.
Data management
The operator protects the personal data of the registrated users with statutory technical solutions (nick name, e-mail address). For the hostile appropriation of the data, that available for others too, the operator doesn't take responsibility.
